Most layout ideas online are photos of somebody else's room. We wanted the opposite: plans for your room, at your exact size, that tell you honestly what fits and what doesn't.

Every plan on this site is generated from fixture dimensions and code clearances, so you can type in your real measurements and see each layout redrawn and re-checked. Each plan also comes with a rough-in sheet you can hand to your plumber.

We started with bathrooms and half baths because that's where an inch matters most. Closets and laundry rooms are next.
